She creates a supportive environment that gives you the freedom to explore your body, honoring your limits while gently encouraging you to stay in poses longer. This approach builds strength, flexibility, and a deeper sense of awareness, helping you find balance, ease, and confidence in your practice. Each session is infused with intention and life themes, offering not just physical benefits but also space for reflection and inner peace—on and off the mat.

Samantha also offers Usui Reiki, a gentle energy healing practice that complements yoga beautifully. Reiki sessions invite deep relaxation and alignment, helping to clear energetic blockages and support the body’s natural ability to return to balance.


While outdoor classes are on pause for the season, we’ll be back outside when it dries up—likely by late May or early June. In the meantime, you can continue practicing indoors with Samantha at
Nu Movement and the Assisi Institute!
