Sound & Stillness: Candlelight Restorative
Sundays 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Service Description
In the busyness of life, it can be hard to find moments of stillness—time to unwind, clear our minds, and reconnect with ourselves. This class offers a space to do just that. We’ll begin by flowing through gentle, intentional movement before melting into restorative rest. Throughout the session, you will receive a sound immersion from Jones Tones, designed to harmonize and support the subtle body. Restorative yoga is deeply nourishing, providing extended support with blankets, bolsters, blocks, and more. Poses are held for 5-20 minutes and is deeply beneficial for those with limited mobility, recovering from surgery, or simply to relieve stress and anxiety from daily life. Optional Reiki and aromatherapy are available to support relaxation and energetic alignment. This class is open to all levels. Instructor Bio: Samantha Lynn has been devoted to yoga, herbalism, and holistic health since 2016.
