30-minute Usui Reiki Session

Service Description

Each Usui Reiki session begins with a few quiet moments to settle in. You're invited to share anything on your heart, or simply relax into the experience without needing to explain a thing. Rooted in an ancient Japanese healing tradition, Reiki supports the flow of healthy energy throughout the body, encouraging deep relaxation, inner peace, and the gentle release of stagnant energy or emotions. The session is guided by your unique needs and what your energy is asking for that day. Clients often describe sensations such as feeling a deep sense of calm, gentle energy sensations, release of tension, insightful reflections, or simply drifting into peaceful rest. Crystals, aromatherapy, eye pillows, a heated table, and cozy blankets are all available to support your comfort and relaxation throughout your time here.
