A Softer Rhythm
There’s a rhythm that’s softer, slower than the pace of the world around us—and it lives in the grass beneath your feet. 🌾

Welcome to this month’s Creative Corner!
Each month, I’ll offer a prompt or invitation to explore through art, nature, or reflection. For June, the invitation is to create a mandala using natural materials.
Talk a walk outside and see what draws your attention! A fallen blossom, a feather, a piece of bark? Let your hands move intuitively, arranging your findings into a circular design on the ground. It doesn’t need to be “perfect” — just give yourself permission to play and create. Let this time be a meditation, an opportunity to set intention, or simply a quiet pause in your day.
If you’d like to share your creation, we invite you to post a photo below! You can also join the conversation on Facebook, where others may be sharing their mandalas as well.
I’ll be posting mine here as a way to mark the path to opening, slowing down, and remembering…

We each bring unique perspectives and wisdom. Respecting each person's voice, being mindful of boundaries, and practicing kindness are key to cultivating connection.
Let's keep our conversations rooted in mindfulness, self-care, and holistic wellness, so we can nurture one another's growth with intention.
Feel free to share your experiences, questions, inspirations, or anything related to wellness that has supported you on your journey. Your story might inspire someone else or open a new doorway of insight.

With summer just around the corner, I've been sitting with this question: What part of me is ready to shine more brightly? Is there something that's been quietly growing beneath the surface? Something that's been waiting for the space and the permission to emerge? If this resonates, I invite you to journal and reflect with me, or simply sit with the question in stillness. And if you feel called, I'd love to hear what it stirs in you. For me, it's sharing my voice, whether in song or any other form...and offering spaces like this, where we can share, connect, and evolve together.
