60-minute Chakra Balancing Session

Service Description

Chakras are energy centers within the body, connected to our emotions, organs, and overall well-being. When they are balanced, we feel harmony and vitality; when blocked, discomfort can arise. Usui Reiki offers a gentle, nurturing way to restore this balance. Through light hand movements, I guide energy throughout your body, encouraging relaxation and emotional release. In a full 60-minute chakra balancing session, we begin with a brief consultation followed by a grounding visualization. Using a pendulum, I assess each chakra, sharing insights and suggestions for balance. Reiki is then applied to each energy center, with extra focus where needed. Crystals are intuitively placed to further support energy flow. Sessions take place in my home in Greece, NY, offering a peaceful environment for your journey inward. Practitioner Bio: Samantha Lynn is the founder of Wildflower Wellness and Wholistic Herbals, dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves and the natural world. Practicing yoga, herbalism, and holistic health since 2016, she is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200), a Reiki Level 1 & 2 practitioner, and the creator of her own herbal skincare line. She trained in herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, yoga at Yoga Renew Teacher Training, Reiki at The Purple Door Source, and horticulture at FLCC. Through her work, she offers Usui Reiki and Chakra Balancing sessions, yoga classes, and various workshops. Her approach to yoga integrates mindfulness and life principles, encouraging students to move with awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and navigate challenges with grace—both on and off the mat. Outside of her practice, Samantha finds joy in music, art, dance, and spirituality, embracing creativity as a path to deeper connection. She believes that healing is a personal journey of self-discovery, growth, and connection—one we can navigate together with curiosity and care.
