60-minute Usui Reiki Session

Service Description

Usui Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique that uses soft hand movements to guide healthy energy throughout the body, promoting deep relaxation and the release of built-up emotions. Each session is a unique experience, with individuals often reporting sensations such as gentle buzzing, vivid memories, insightful visions, or drifting into peaceful sleep. During a full 60-minute session, we’ll begin with a brief consultation, followed by Reiki to all areas of the body including more focused areas. To enhance the experience, I will intuitively place crystals, which have unique properties that interact with the body’s energy field, supporting your overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sessions take place in my home in Greece, NY, offering a peaceful environment for your journey inward. The full address will be shared upon booking, allowing you to fully embrace this sacred space. Practitioner Bio: Samantha Lynn is the founder of Wildflower Wellness and Wholistic Herbals, dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves and the natural world. Practicing yoga, herbalism, and holistic health since 2016, she is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200), a Reiki Level 1 & 2 practitioner, and the creator of her own herbal skincare line. She trained in herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, yoga at Yoga Renew Teacher Training, Reiki at The Purple Door Source, and horticulture at FLCC. Through her work, she offers Usui Reiki and Chakra Balancing sessions, yoga classes, and various workshops. Her approach to yoga integrates mindfulness and life principles, encouraging students to move with awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and navigate challenges with grace—both on and off the mat. Outside of her practice, Samantha finds joy in music, art, dance, and spirituality, embracing creativity as a path to deeper connection. She believes that healing is a personal journey of self-discovery, growth, and connection—one we can navigate together with curiosity and care.
