- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of Return

Session and Class Cancellations
Canceling and Rescheduling Policy
Cancel or reschedule by notifying us at least 24 hours before your session via email:
Cancellations within 24 hours incur no charge; same-day cancellations are half price,
and no-shows are fully charged. If we need to cancel, we’ll notify you promptly to reschedule
We understand that outdoor sessions are subject to the whims of Mother Nature, and your experience is important to us!
We’ve implemented a Flexible Weather Policy to ensure your peace of mind:
Weather-Related Policy
For outdoor sessions, if a class is canceled due to weather,
you can choose between a full refund or transferring your booking to another date.
We’ll notify you via email about any weather-related changes.
