Samantha is a passionate yoga teacher who makes yoga feel accessible and fun for a newbie like myself. She creates a magical atmosphere for yoga and meditation, and keeps practice grounded by incorporating real life themes into the weekly meditation practice. Candlelight yoga is definitely a highlight of my week!

Wildflower Wellness!

Wildflower Wellness was born from a small seed.
One that sprouted from a passion for a life more rooted. One thriving with community, connection, and inner peace. Some of us were shaped by landscapes where the ground felt dry and the way forward unclear. Yet in that hardness, something soft remained.

I'm Samantha Lynn, founder of Wildflower Wellness, my heart's offering to you. My work weaves together practices like herbalism, energy healing, intuitive connection, and mindful movement to support others on their path. This work emerged from the soil of my own transformation. There was a time when my inner soil felt overgrown with weeds of stress, tangled thoughts, and quiet anxieties. 

But something within whispered to listen more deeply. Through the steady presence of nature and grounding practices, like yoga, meditation, and energy work, clarity returned, and I slowly began to find a way back to myself. I started to feel again, to listen again, to remember that sometimes, inner soil needs tending.

 

I believe that in rough soil, beauty can still bloom.


Wildflower Wellness exists to nurture that bloom—for all of us. Through mindful movement, meditation, sound, and nature, healing and personal growth are given space to unfold naturally.

 Our holistic offerings include Hatha and Restorative yoga, meditation, Reiki energy healing, sound healing, mediumship, and intuitive support to nourish your whole being. Together, these practices help restore balance in your body, mind, and emotions, while also opening space for spiritual insight. Depending on the season, you’ll find us practicing peacefully outdoors or within welcoming community spaces like The Aligned Collective.

Like wildflowers after the rain, we are all meant to thrive.
