Harmonizing life
through the wisdom of nature.

Hatha Yoga, Usui Reiki, and Handcrafted Wholistic Herbals
By: Samantha Lynn

Welcome!

My name is Samantha Lynn, founder of Wildflower Wellness.
Wildflower Wellness began as a seed of hope—one that took root in Illinois and found its way to Rochester, NY, in a van named The Wildflower. My goal has always been to create a place where healing and connection come naturally, a space where anyone can rediscover a sense of inner freedom and peace.

The Wildflower Wellness meadow is a living testament to wisdom from my ancestors and the playful wonder of my inner child. On this land, you’ll find winding, whimsical paths that lead to a serene wildflower meadow, where we gather for yoga, meditation, seasonal workshops, and circles. The space is a reminder of the harmony we can cultivate within ourselves and with the world around us. After class, you’re invited to relax with a cup of tea in cozy nooks around the meadow—each spot crafted to inspire both reflection and joy. There are also charming places like a stick teepee, a tic-tac-toe table, and other little sit spots, designed to spark curiosity and creativity.

While the warmer months allow us to immerse in nature, during the off-season, I offer indoor classes at inviting locations like Nu Movement and The Assisi Institute, creating cozy environments that still hold the spirit of Wildflower Wellness.

Since 2016, I’ve been exploring the interconnected paths of yoga, herbalism, and holistic health. I am a certified yoga instructor
(RYT-200hr), a certified herbalist, Level 1 and 2 Reiki practitioner,
and horticulturist. I also handcraft Wholistic Herbals and design websites to help other wellness-focused entrepreneurs bring their visions online. My journey has included studies with Yoga Renew, the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, FLCC, and the Purple Door Source—each experience deepening my commitment to supporting others on their unique paths.

Through my offerings, you’ll find various ways to reconnect with yourself and nature—whether through yoga, breathwork,
guided meditation, herbal products, or energy work.
I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone,
so sliding-scale options are available for most services,
and I offer a variety of packages to fit different lifestyles.

Each offering—from private yoga sessions to handcrafted salves, balms, and creams—is made with care, intention, and whole ingredients, packaged sustainably to honor the earth we share.

Beyond my work, I cherish time spent with my fiancé, our two cats, and in creative pursuits like music, art, and gardening. Nature is my sanctuary, and I hope to share that same sense of wonder and grounding with you.

In love and light,

Samantha Lynn
