Welcome!
My name is Samantha Lynn, founder of Wildflower Wellness.
Wildflower Wellness was born from a seed of hope, one that first took root in Illinois and transplanted itself to Rochester, NY, in a van I named The Wildflower. My journey to Upstate NY opened me up like a flower, allowing my passion to truly blossom. Here, I've dedicated myself to creating spaces where healing, connection, and personal growth happen naturally, a place where anyone can rediscover their inner freedom and peace.
At Wildflower Wellness, we blend yoga, meditation, Usui Reiki, and herbal skin and self-care to support your well-being. We foster
self-compassion and expression, clear energetic blockages,
and nurture your body with the wisdom of nature.
In 2022, my fiancé and I felt a strong pull to create a space where our mission could come to life—both for us and for others. Together, we cultivated a certified wildlife sanctuary, home to many grasses, flowers, and fireflies in the summertime. This peaceful, natural space invites you to explore your wholeness, awaken your energy, and nourish your spirit. The winding paths lead to a serene wildflower meadow, where we gather for yoga, meditation, soundbaths, and seasonal workshops.
Our outdoor haven is just one part of the journey. We also recognize the importance of tending to our subtle body. To support our inner sanctuary, we offer Usui Reiki sessions in a peaceful, private setting dedicated to relaxation and energetic balance. Usui Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique that balances chi, the life force energy that flows within us.
While the warmer months allow us to immerse ourselves outdoors, during the off-season, I offer indoor classes at
community-focused locations like Nu Movement
and The Assisi Institute.
My path to offering you holistic care has been a deeply personal one, grounded in years of study and hands-on experience. Beginning in 2016, I explored the interwoven paths of holistic health, earning certifications in yoga (RYT-200hr), herbalism from the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, Usui Reiki (Level 1 & 2) from The Purple Door Source, and horticulture from FLCC. I believe wellness should be accessible to all, which is why I offer sliding-scale options for most services, ensuring cost is never a barrier to care.
Beyond my work, I cherish time spent with my fiancé, our two cats, and in creative pursuits like music, art, and gardening. Nature is my sanctuary, and I hope to share that same sense of
wonder and excitement with you.
In love and light,
Samantha Lynn
