A Visualization for Love

Take a moment to find a comfortable place to sit.

Tune into your breath and begin to tune inward.

Take a breath in, and out.


Feel your body supported, by the ground, your seat, by the moment. 


Now, gently bring your awareness to your heart.

Let it soften.

Feel its rhythm.


From this space, begin to imagine:

What kind of future would you love to live in?


What does it look like?

What does it feel like? 


Can you imagine a world rooted in love?

Guided by peace?

Held in trust?

Where people lead with their hearts?


What’s present in your vision?

Who’s there?

What’s needed to bring it to life?


And now ask yourself gently:

What small action, thought, or shift might move us one step closer to that world? 


May we hold this vision not just as a dream,but as a seed we tend together.
