About the Event
Reconnect with your body, your breath, and your spirit beneath the open sky. Surrounded by blooming asters and resting fully supported in restorative shapes, you’ll receive healing sound frequencies from singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that gently resonate through the subtle body, offered live by Luke Cornwell and Chris Jones. Sound therapy can help soften stress, clear the mind, and ground the nervous system. The natural symphony of crickets and tree frogs will join the experience, creating a uniquely layered soundscape that only nature can provide.
Samantha Lynn will guide you into restorative shapes that help your body and mind settle. While you rest, receive optional hands-on Usui Reiki, a gentle form of energy work that supports the body's energy centers, also known as chakras, and helps us return to balance.
Mats, props, and refreshments will be provided.
