Service Description
Each week, we weave together Hatha yoga and meditation to help us recenter and release tension in both body and mind. During our session, we reflect on a life theme or principle, such as presence or courage. These themes are explored and embodied through our asana practice, followed by time for journaling and reflection. Through Hatha yoga, we move with intention to build strength and flexibility, harmonize our energy centers, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Optional aromatherapy and Reiki are available during savasana to deepen your relaxation. Levels 1–2 Bring: • a journal for reflection • a water bottle Classes are led by Samantha Lynn or a trusted guest teacher. Learn more on the Stewards page.
