Service Description

Each week, we practice Hatha yoga to help us recenter and release tension in both body and mind. During our session, we reflect on a life theme or principle. These themes are explored and embodied through our asana practice. Hatha yoga builds strength and flexibility, harmonizes our energy centers, and helps cultivate a sense of inner peace. Optional aromatherapy and Reiki are available during savasana to deepen your relaxation. Levels 1–2 Bring: • a journal for reflection • a water bottle Classes are led by Samantha Lynn or a trusted guest teacher. Learn more on the Stewards page.
