Service Description

In the busyness of life, it can be hard to find moments of stillness—time to unwind, clear our minds, and reconnect with ourselves. This class offers a peaceful space to do just that. We’ll weave together silent and guided meditation with restorative rest. Each week, we’ll meditate on a theme that, when practiced regularly, nurtures balance and tranquility in our everyday lives. After our practice, there will be a quiet moment to reflect and journal about your experience. Open to all levels Bring: • a journal for reflection • a water bottle Classes are led by Samantha Lynn or a trusted guest teacher. Learn more on the Stewards page.
