Mind, Body, Spirit Expo

Join us for a FREE wellness event designed to bring together like-minded individuals and local talent dedicated to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. I’ll be there with Wholistic Herbals and Usui Reiki services, offering 15 and 30-minute sessions as well as special packages that combine both for a truly holistic experience. Explore a variety of offerings and connect with a community that shares a passion for balance and well-being.

This event benefits Safe Harbors of the Finger Lakes, an organization providing free services to individuals affected by sexual and domestic violence, child abuse, and human trafficking across Ontario, Seneca, and Yates Counties.

Donations Needed:

• Monetary donations

• Clothing (Women’s, Maternity, Infant, Child, Teen, Men’s)

• Personal care and household items

• Baby items (diapers, wipes, etc.)

• Canned/Microwavable foods
