Join us for Wellness Wednesday!

We will meet every Wednesday to practice different ways that we can bring balance and harmony into our lives through asana, pranayama, guided meditation, and journaling prompts. Each week will have a different theme!

****About the host:****

My name is Samantha Lynn, and I have been practicing herbalism and holistic health since 2016. I completed my training in herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine and in horticulture at FLCC. I created Wildflower Wellness as a way to not only spread the power of plants but also to reconnect people with their sense of self and the natural world. I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200hr), and am also Reiki 1 and 2 certified. I offer Usui Reiki and Chakra Balancing sessions, yoga classes, and many workshops to uplift and support our community. Personally, I enjoy music, art, dance, spirituality, and sharing my love and wisdom with all who are open!
