Our bodies store built up energy and emotions that need to be expressed or released. Usui Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique involving energy work and chakra balancing. It is used for relaxation, stress reduction, and to promote healing.

Research suggests sound is a powerful tool that can powerfully affect mood in a positive way. Benefits include relieving anxiety, tension, and mental fog. It can help calm and quiet the mind, helping to bring a sense of peace and clarity.

Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters , and refreshments are all provided!

About the hosts:

My name is Samantha Lynn, and I have been practicing yoga, herbalism, and holistic health since 2016. I completed my training in herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine and in horticulture at FLCC. I created Wildflower Wellness as a way to not only spread the power of plants but also to reconnect people with their sense of self and the natural world. I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200hr), a Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioner, and I handcraft Wholistic Herbals. I offer Usui Reiki and Chakra Balancing sessions, Yoga classes, and many workshops to uplift and support our community. Personally, I enjoy music, art, dance, spirituality, and sharing my love and wisdom with all who are open!

Luke Cornwell is a sound worker, multi instrumentalist music teacher and cofounder of OneTone Sonic Alchemy. Luke has created and recorded original music from avant rock to immersive ambient drone since the late '00s, and has performed live in ten other countries to date. Luke's soundwork practice is focused on helping clients/participants build a modular means of creative living, both musical and extra-musical.
