Reiki + Sound Journey

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and more, all while receiving gentle hands-on Reiki. Let the sounds wash over you as you realign your chakras, rest, and recharge. Our bodies often hold onto accumulated energy and emotions that yearn to be expressed or released. Usui Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice that combines energy work with chakra balancing, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and healing.

Sound can profoundly influence our mood, offering benefits such as relief from anxiety, tension, and mental fog. It can help calm and quiet the mind, bringing a sense of peace and clarity.

We provide yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and refreshments, but feel free to bring any extra pillows or blankets for added comfort!

Practitioner Bios:

Samantha Lynn has been dedicated to yoga, herbalism, and holistic health since 2016. She is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200hr), Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioner, and the creator of Wholistic Herbals, her own herbal skincare line. She completed her training in herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, yoga at Yoga Renew Teacher Training, Reiki at The Purple Door Source, and horticulture at FLCC. Samantha founded Wildflower Wellness to help people reconnect with themselves and the natural world. Through Wildflower Wellness, she offers Usui Reiki, Chakra Balancing sessions, yoga classes, and a variety of workshops designed to uplift and support the community. Personally, she finds joy in music, art, dance, spirituality, and sharing her love and wisdom with anyone who is open to it!

Luke Cornwell is a sound worker, multi instrumentalist music teacher and cofounder of OneTone Sonic Alchemy. Luke has created and recorded original music from avant rock to immersive ambient drone since the late '00s, and has performed live in ten other countries to date. Luke's soundwork practice is focused on helping clients/participants build a modular means of creative living, both musical and extra-musical.
