About the Event
Join Andy Roo and Samantha Lynn for a collaborative energy-balancing experience that weaves the wisdom of Qigong with the gentle, restorative energy of Usui Reiki. Andy will guide you through the Eight Silken Movements, a graceful and meditative Qigong practice designed to rebalance your energy centers and bring you fully into the present moment.
The practice will conclude with a deeply restorative, extended savasana. Samantha will offer guidance on various ways to find support and comfort in savasana, allowing you to settle into stillness and experience complete relaxation. This extended rest provides a powerful opportunity to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging deep restoration and inner calm. During this time, Samantha will provide Reiki to enhance the experience, helping you achieve a profound state of harmony and renewal.
In a world that often rushes through rest, this practice is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and truly let go.
