About the Event
Each month, we’ll gather virtually and reflect on a life theme or lesson through a guided meditation and journal prompt.
A life theme might explore something like self-trust, patience, or letting go—offering space for personal insight and connection. There will be time to write, reflect, and exchange insights, as well as an opportunity to receive distance Reiki. These gatherings are a chance to be with yourself and community in a welcoming atmosphere. Come as you are.
