Service Description
In the busyness of life, it can be hard to find moments of stillness—time to unwind, clear our minds, and reconnect with ourselves. This class offers a peaceful space in nature to do just that. We’ll begin with a soothing 30-minute seated gentle flow, warming both body and mind, helping us land fully in our bodies before meditation. Afterward, we’ll move through a guided meditation and visualization, followed by a few minutes of peaceful silence. Each week, we’ll explore a theme rooted in life principles that, when practiced regularly, nurture balance and tranquility in our everyday lives. After our practice, there will be a quiet moment to reflect and journal about your experience. The Wildflower Wellness Meadow is a private , sacred space. Instructor Bio: Samantha Lynn has been dedicated to yoga, herbalism, and holistic health since 2016. She is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200hr), Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioner, and the creator of Wholistic Herbals, her own herbal skincare line. She completed her training in herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, yoga at Yoga Renew Teacher Training, Reiki at The Purple Door Source, and horticulture at FLCC. Samantha founded Wildflower Wellness to help people reconnect with themselves and the natural world. Through Wildflower Wellness, she offers Usui Reiki, Chakra Balancing sessions, yoga classes, and a variety of workshops designed to uplift and support the community. Personally, she finds joy in music, art, dance, spirituality, and sharing her love and wisdom with anyone who is open to it!
