60-minute Usui Reiki Session

Service Description

Usui Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that guides healthy energy throughout the body, promoting deep relaxation and the release of built-up emotions. Each session is uniquely personal, with clients often reporting sensations such as gentle buzzing, vivid memories, insightful visions, or drifting into a peaceful sleep. During a full 60-minute session, we’ll begin with a few quiet moments to settle in and connect, offering space for anything you’d like to share. From there, the session unfolds intuitively, guided by what your energy is asking for that day. Reiki will be offered to the whole body, with extra attention given to areas that may need deeper care or energetic support. Crystals, aromatherapy, a heated bed, eye pillows, and cozy blankets are all available to support your comfort and relaxation throughout your time here. All sessions are offered on a sliding scale, ensuring that energy work can be received by all, regardless of financial situation. To honor the privacy of my home, the address will be shared once your session is booked. I look forward to welcoming you into this peaceful space. Practitioner Bio: Samantha Lynn has been practicing yoga, herbalism, and holistic health since 2016. She is a certified Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga instructor (RYT-200hr), a Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioner, and has her own herbal skincare brand, Wholistic Herbals. She completed her training in herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, in yoga at Yoga Renew Teacher Training, in Reiki at the Purple Door Source, and in horticulture at FLCC. She created Wildflower Wellness as a way to reconnect people with their sense of self and the natural world. Samantha offers Usui Reiki and Chakra Balancing sessions, Yoga classes, and many workshops to uplift and support our community. Personally, she enjoys music, art, dance, spirituality, and sharing her love and wisdom with all who are open!
