Event Policy

At Wildflower Wellness, we strive to maintain a peaceful, respectful environment for both attendees and the surrounding neighborhood. Please review our event policies below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Allowed Events
We welcome small, intimate gatherings focused on mindfulness and wellness, including:
✔️ Yoga (Hatha, gentle, meditation-focused, etc.)
✔️ Sound healing & meditation gatherings
✔️ Full moon/new moon circles
✔️ Qigong & breathwork sessions
✔️ Occasional drum circles (must conclude by 8 pm)
✔️ Nature-based or holistic wellness events

❌ Not allowed: Large parties, loud concerts, alcohol-focused events,
or anything disruptive to the surrounding environment.

Event Size & Parking

  • Maximum of 15 attendees.

  • Maximum of 7 cars. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.

 

Noise Restrictions

  • Loud activities (music, drumming, chanting) must end by 8 PM.

  • Quiet activities may continue until 10 PM.

 

Cleanup Responsibilities

  • The event space must be left as it was found (no trash, no damage).

  • Any fires must be fully extinguished before leaving.

  • Hosts are responsible for ensuring that guests respect restroom limitations.

 

Emergency Procedures

While Wildflower Wellness is not responsible for accidents or incidents that happen before, during, or after events, we do provide the following safety measures:

  • Multiple first aid kits are available on site.

  • Emergency phone numbers are provided for all events.
