About the Event
Each month, gather virtually over tea (hot or iced), brewing your own cup at home. Together, we’ll share what we’re sipping on, what inspired our choice, and then reflect on a life theme or lesson through a guided meditation and journal prompt.
A life theme might explore something like self-trust, patience, or letting go—offering space for personal insight and connection. There will be time to write, reflect, and exchange insights, as well as an opportunity to receive distance Reiki. These gatherings are a chance to be with yourself and community in a welcoming atmosphere. Come as you are.
Free and open to all.
