✨ Tuesday Inner Soil Recap ✨

This evening, we gathered to reflect on our heart space and the trust we feel for ourselves and others. We explored the heart chakra, our center for love, connection, compassion, and forgiveness, and ways to bring it into greater balance.

To help integrate these reflections, here are a few journal prompts we worked with:

1. When I meet someone new who feels warm, aligned, or inspiring, how do I usually decide whether to trust them? What role does discernment play in how I build my connections with people?

2. In what ways do I listen to and honor my body's signals, limits, and needs? Are you able to notice when you trust your choices and when doubt arises?

3. Reflecting on a time when someone's energy or words initially felt trustworthy, but their actions told a different story. What did you learn from this experience?

Welcome to the Creative Corner! A prompt or invitation to explore through art, nature, or reflection. This time around, we’ll be tapping into our imaginations to creating fairy dwellings from natural materials.

Take a slow walk outside and see what captures your attention — a fallen leaf, a curvy stick, a piece of moss, or an inspiring stone? Let your hands and heart guide you as you build a tiny home, hideaway, or nature altar for the unseen folk — fairies, forest spirits, or any other being you dream up.

There’s no “right” way to create these. Tuck your dwelling into tall grass or place it in a cozy corner of the garden. This can be playful or intentional!

✨ Tuesday Tea Time Recap ✨

Yesterday, we focused on the energy of willpower—how we use the word will in everyday language, and what it reveals about our choices and inner compass.

We also touched on the solar plexus chakra, our center of personal power, and ways to bring it into balance.

To help integrate these ideas, here are a few journal prompts we reflected on together:

1. Where in my life do I feel confident and in my power?

2. What are three things I feel deeply passionate about?

Take a moment to find a comfortable place to sit.

Tune into your breath and begin to tune inward.

Take a breath in, and out.

Feel your body supported, by the ground, your seat, by the moment. 

Now, gently bring your awareness to your heart.

Let it soften.

There’s a rhythm that’s softer, slower than the pace of the world around us—and it lives in the grass beneath your feet. 🌾
